WebHwy 191 doesn't meet with I-10 until considerably east of Tucson south of Safford. Passing through Navajo area might be a bit dicey. And the portion of it from Springerville to Safford is very scenic but I definitely wouldn't want to pull a trailer that big on that winding road.
