I've learned quickly how to intuitively know how much do I need to be active per day to acheve my goals even without fitbit. WebI'm pretty skeptical of this metric on fitbits. Maybe it's correct for you, but it's pretty much always 12 for me and I know I breathe significantly slower than that. I'm guessing the model doesn't support rates outside of the normal range of 12-20.
