My main Canon has NEVER had a dust spot in 1.5 years, including traveling with it, regularly changing lenses, etc. WebNov 28, 2024 · Hi All, the shutter on my M10 appears to stay open. When I take the lens off the sensor is seen rather than the shutter. The exposure settings are fine in LV but when LV is off, the exposure settings result in a vastly over-exposed image. Any suggestions would be gratefully received. Thanks!

If it stayed closed for the 2 seconds, then you have a problem with the shutter. If this is the case, takes it back to where you got it from or call Olympus. They should fix it up for you.
